Where we work

Appraisal, nationwide.

We accept appraiser and umpire appointments in all fifty states. New York, California, and Illinois have dedicated pages; the rest of the country is served through the same national practice.

    How we operate

    One practice, every state.

    One national bench.

Every appointment, in every state, is taken from a single national bench of appraisers and umpires. The flat-fee model and the evidence standard do not change at the state line.

    Dedicated resources in three states.

New York and California keep in-state specialists and their own pages; Illinois has a dedicated page and state-level practice. Every other state is served through the same national practice — no separate offices and no state-by-state licensing claims.

On-site when the file needs it.

Most of the work — intake, scoping, evidence review, the award — is handled remotely. When an inspection is genuinely needed, an appraiser goes on-site. The assignment decides the method.

    Dedicated state pages

    Three states, dedicated bench.

    California

In-state appraisers and umpires for fire, denied and complex commercial losses — the same single national bench, reached through a dedicated California page.

    California appraisals

    New York

In-state appraisers and umpires for water, hail, fire and commercial losses — one evidence standard, one flat-fee scope, answered within one business day.

    New York appraisals

    Illinois

In-state appraisers and umpires for hail, wind, tornado, fire and water losses — one evidence standard, one flat-fee scope, answered within one business day.

    Illinois appraisals

We also accept appointments in all other states. Three states have dedicated pages; the rest are served through the same national practice and bench.
